SwimRun Lake James Long Course
The LONG course is challenging and is not to be taken lightly. This course is swim heavy on the back end. Please be honest about your open water swimming skills. We do have a short course option this year. This course has about 4 miles of swimming and 15 miles of running.
SwimRun Lake James Short Course
This course has 2.7 miles of swimming and about 10 miles of running.
SwimRun Lake James Short Course (SOLO Option)
This course has 2.7 miles of swimming and about 10 miles of running. Solo athletes will be traversing the same short course as the teams.
