Update on the May 9th Relay Challenge

We are writing to share an important update about the Relay Challenge scheduled for May 9th. After reviewing our registration numbers and the resources required to run the event safely and at the quality our students deserve, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event.

This was not a decision we took lightly. Our team explored every possible option to adjust, scale, or restructure the event, but the current registration level would not allow us to deliver the experience we promised. Rather than move forward with something that would fall short, we believe it is more responsible to cancel the event at this time.

All registered participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method. You should see the credit appear on your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

We know this news is disappointing, and we share that disappointment. We are grateful to every student, parent, and supporter who showed enthusiasm for the event, and we remain committed to creating meaningful opportunities for youth in our community.
