Put on your favorite Halloween costume and join us for the inaugural Supreme Trick or Trot Tallahassee 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at beautiful Four Oaks Park in the SouthWood Community of Tallahassee.
More than just a race, the Trick or Trot is a community celebration dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes throughout our region. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch, helping purchase youth athletic equipment that will provide children with opportunities to learn, compete, and grow through sports.
The Charlie Ward Champions Ranch is a premier, faith-filled destination where youth and families can develop both on and off the field. Through athletics, education, recreation, wellness, performing arts, mentorship, and life skills programming, the Champions Ranch is committed to cultivating lifelong champions by empowering the next generation to succeed in work and life.
Whether you're chasing a personal best, walking with friends, or bringing the entire family for the Fun Run, this Halloween event offers something for everyone. Trick or Trot Fun Run
The Trick or Trot Fun Run, powered by Supreme Athletic Services, is a one-mile event designed especially for children ages 12 and under. The race begins at the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch, located at 5601 Capital Circle SE, Tallahassee, FL 32311, and follows a safe out-and-back course consisting of a half-mile out and a half-mile back along the paved Capital Circle Trail. This family-friendly event encourages young runners of all ability levels to get active while celebrating the Halloween season. Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costumes or show their hometown pride by sporting Florida State University or Florida A&M University spirit attire as Tallahassee cheers on its teams on game day. Whether they're running, jogging, or walking to the finish line, every participant will enjoy a fun and festive race experience in a safe and encouraging environment.
Trick or Trot 5k
The Trick or Trot 5K, powered by Supreme Athletic Services, features a fast and scenic out-and-back course beginning at the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch, located at 5601 Capital Circle SE, Tallahassee, FL 32311. Participants will travel along the paved Capital Circle Trail adjacent to Capital Circle Southeast, heading toward the Southwood community before returning to the finish line at the Champions Ranch. The course is primarily flat with gentle rolling terrain, making it ideal for both competitive runners seeking a personal best and walkers looking to enjoy a festive Halloween event. During the final half mile, participants will encounter a series of Halloween-themed candy stations where they can stop to enjoy both sweet treats and healthy snacks before crossing the finish line.
