The Goody Goody Turkey Gobble is Tampa’s premier Thanksgiving Day 5K on Thurs., Nov. 24, 2016 The start/finish area is on the plaza at Amalie Arena, 401 Channelside Drive, Downtown Tampa 33602 What is the race day timeline? 5:30 am Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens 6:45 am Participant Welcome, Announcements & National Anthem—at Start/Finish line 7:00 am 5k Race Begins (participants pushing baby joggers/strollers or with pets will line up in the designated areas in the start corral) 7:10 am 1 Mile Walk Begins 7:50 am Announcements and Awards What is the price of the race and is it timed? 5k - $35 now until midnight 11/23/16; $40: race day, 11/24/16—bib chip timed race 1 mile walk/run - $15 until midnight Wed., 11/23/16; $20 on race day, 11/24/16 – non-chip timed run/walk What Is included in the participant registration price? Chip timed numbered bib (5k) and a non-chip timed numbered bib (1 mile) Dri-fit unisex sized t-shirt—5K only--guaranteed t-shirt deadline 11/10/16 Finisher medal Post-race Goody Goody breakfast (participants must wear race bib) The opportunity to create/continue a new Thanksgiving Day family/friend tradition! NOTE: The option to choose a shirt size (5K participants) will not be available after 11/10/16. Parking is available in the Amalie Arena Silver, Blue and Green Lots and City of Tampa Parking Garages for $5 per vehicle Is Gear Check/Hold available race morning? There is NO gear check/hold on race morning, please plan accordingly if waiting to pick up race day!
