About the Event

RACE DATE: October 17th, 2026.
DISTANCE: 8Mile, 13.1, 26.2, 50k, 50k (2-4p Relay)

CAMPING: Festival-Style camping available at the race site
Tent Only, no amenities, pit toilets & porta potties 
Cost is $5 per person, pay at registration or RunSingUp (store).
There are 74 primitive sites 1 mile south event site
Register upon arrival @Forest Service Office. 
Additional Lodging: Brown County State Park, Nashville IN Hotels, Story Inn, Explore Brown County. 
START/FINISH: Group Camp @ Yellowwood Lake

We have worked hard at keeping with the true to its name "Tecumseh Trail Challenge" redesigning the race around the railroad closure to provide a more nostalgic course we know runners will be excited about! Come run with us through the demanding, challenging, yet beautifully rewarding terrain during the autumn colors this fall as we create something special together! ​

As we have swapped from Ultrasignup to Runsignup we will be slowly working to post previous year results on runsignup. Results are not gone, it's just a time consuming process.

NOTE: The 50k Relay uses the 8 mile course, So yes its technically 32miles. Get 2-4 friends together and come join us for a scenic loop around Yellowwood Lake on part of Tecumseh Trail and hangout with the trail running community at the finish shoot where your runners will exchange!
