About the Event
This high-energy Extreme 5K puts three-person teams head-to-head in timed competition where strength, wit, and teamwork matter as much as speed. Teams race in multiple competitive heats, completing 3 laps around the 1.05 mile course.
At the end of every lap, teams face a physical or mental challenge that must be completed before moving on. Push through fatigue. Rely on your teammates. Stay sharp under pressure. Every decision, every rep, every step counts.
Whether you’re chasing the podium or testing your limits, this challenge demands focus, resilience, and unity.
