Atomic Sprint Triathlon - Individual
Triathlon - Swim in the cool, clear Melton Hill Lake. Water is expected to be wetsuit legal. Same bike and run courses are used in Triathlon and duathlon. Duathlon: Both run courses use the TVA Melton Hill Park roads for the out and back 5K runs. Aid stations featuring products from Hammer Nutrition will be passed each mile of this rolling course. Run Course Map Link: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/48328082 The bike course has two turn-arounds on the 30K course. The first is at the 7.25 mile mark on Hwy. 95 & second at Central Training Facility approximately 2 miles down Bear Creek Road.Bikes head back to park after second turn-around.
