5k Saturday Only
This race is a limited wave start which will begin approximately 5 minutes after the lead swimmers exit out of the water.

THE CHALLENGE - 8K - 3.2 MILE SWIM - 5K
The Challenge! Run 8k on Friday June 11th- Saturday June 12th- 3.2 mile river swim followed by a 5k run.
THE CHALLENGE 2 or 3 PERSON RELAY! 8K - 3.2 SWIM - 5K
*THIS IS A 3 PERSON TEAM OPTION. REGISTER BY YOUR TEAM NAME!
3.2 Swim/5k Run Single Participant
The participantc will compete in the 3.2 mile swim and the 5k.
3.2 Swim/5k Run Relay
TEAM! One person will compete in the swim and their team mate will compete in the run.
1Mile Swim/Run-Single or Relay
TEAM! One team mate will swim the mile and the other will run a 5k. This catagory is just for fun. No awards given for this catagory.
