This is a computer chip timed 5k event. You must complete the entire distance to win prizes. Awards for the overall mens and womens champion. Age group awards three deep for 9 & under, 10-12, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and beyond

3k Fitness Walk
Bring the family, bring a friend. Walk at your own pace on a non-competitive course along scenic Southport Harbor and Historic District. Enjoy the views -- and know that you're contributing to a good cause! Free T-Shirt ● Goodie Bag ● Music ● Awards ● Raffle Prizes ● Pizza, wraps ● Beer (I.D. Required) ● and More! Free Supervised Baby Sitting provided. Corporate Teams Sponsorships are welcome! This event is NOT computer timed. There are no awards for this walk.
