Experience the Thrill of Sports with Dam 8

Please join us on Sunday May 17th, 2026 for a scenic yet challenging 8k run around beautiful DeRuyter Lake.  Placed strategically on the CNY Road Racing calendar between Syracuse's 10 mile Mountain Goat, Cazenovia's 4th of July 10 miler and Utica's 15k Boilermaker, the DeRuyter DAM 8k gives runners a chance to scale down on the race miles while still staying fit with an undulating and ambitious journey around one of the most pulchritudinous courses in Upstate NY.  Come and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
