Whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with family and friends, or simply looking for a meaningful way to support veterans and first responders, this race is for you.

For 10 years, The Eden Project has helped veterans, first responders, and their families rediscover identity, rebuild relationships, find purpose, and reconnect with their communities.

Now, we’re asking you to run and walk alongside us.

The Eden Project Veterans Mental Health & Awareness 5K Run/Walk is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Bring your family, gather your friends, and join us for a morning of community, purpose, and fun at Trilith. All proceeds from the race support The Eden Project’s programs serving veterans, first responders, and their families. Your miles have meaning. Your participation makes a difference.
