About this race

Equal parts Fun, Run and Recovery, The EQUALIZER Equalizes!

Pick your distance, 5 lap, 10 lap or 13.1 laps and Race/Run/Walk the scenic flat and fun 1 Mile marked loop around the Campground, on the Katy and through downtown Marthasville!

We have the Music and Announcers and Aid Stations to keep you Rockin'  After, Stay around for the post race Recovery sessions and hang out with your new friends. We will have the Sauna Van and Cold plunge going and instructor lead Surrender Yoga for that good post race or workout stretch. 

We encourage you to stay and camp! The camping is primitive, but free. Showers are available and free as well. Enjoy the wellness speakers, Workout Leaders, Food and Band later in the evening at the Start/Finish Pavillion. 

The next morning participate in a shakeout Coffee Walk to the KT Caboose. Followed by a Sunrise Yoga session in the park. Grab your Bike and ride part of the Equalizer Bike State Championship Race Course with one of our bike leads on a no drop fun ride.

Take 5 - 1 mile laps on the marked course through beautiful historic downtown Marthasville. Starting at Racers Village, This 1 mile loop course is chip timed, each split recorded. The Run takes you around the campground, on the Katy Trail, by the KT Caboose, through downtown and back to Racers Village for 1 lap. Aid station (Water/Sports drink/Banannas/Light snacks) will be at Racers Village so you will see it every mile.  Now stick around for the Cold Plunge and led Yoga recovery stretch session!

Workout, Sauna-Plunge-Yoga and Recovery Sessions

Expect a body weight GTX (Orange Theory) style guided workout in the grass to great music for about 1/2 hour. (Push ups, Burpees, Squats, Lunges) then a Warrior/Stretch Yoga Session. Dress accordingly and bring your Workout fit, Towell and a change of clothes for the Sauna/Plunge/Yoga stretch session and BBQ hang out. Free camping, Showers/Bathroom and food services available. Guest Speakers, and Led workouts and recovery sessions pepper the day. Live musicians will take the stage at 5pm through the dinner session. Shake out Coffee Walk the next morning to the KT Caboose, Then grab your gravel bike and go with a ride lead on a shakeout ride ride down the Katy to see some of the Gravel State Championship Equalizer Race Route.
