This November marks the 6th Annual Fred Bigelow Memorial 100 km — a month-long event created to honour Fred’s memory and inspire people to get outside and stay active.

- Challenge: Reach a total of 100 km
- Activities: Walk, run, bike, swim, paddle, snowshoe, ski —any activity counts!
