The Great Pumpkin Dash

The Great Pumpkin Dash is a 5K and Fun Walk in your costumes and/or masks to benefit Chrysalis to Wings, serving the homeless of Ellis County, TX.   Family fun for everyone.  You can participate alone or form a team.  Pets are welcome, too!  You can help us raise money with peer to peer fundraising and challenging your team to raise the most.  Prizes will be given for the race winners and best costumes (human and pet).  All proceeds will benefit Chrysalis to Wings.

Chrysalis to Wings is a 501(C)3, faith-based agency providing emergency assistance and transitional housing to residents of our community.  Our mission is to serve the residents of Ellis County, offering resources to prevent homelessness and support transformation to self-sufficiency.  Emergency assistance in the form of transportation needs, food, clothing, or emergency shelter is available.  Transitional housing is available for single women, women with children and legally married couples for an average of 6 months providing food, transportation, job training and educational needs, medical and spiritual care, and day care when needed. The majority of our clients are children.
