The Homestretch 5K
About the Event
Come together in celebration of community at The Bush School's second annual Homestretch 5K!
Bush families, faculty, staff, alumni, friends, and supporters are invited to this family and dog-friendly event. The event will occur at Magnuson Park and includes a certified 5K (3.1 miles) course and a Kids 400 Meter Dash Kids, plus music, participation medals, and a post-race picnic.
Everyone is welcome, so come ready to run, walk, or stroll at this community-centered, annual event!

Join a team! Build excitement and comradery with a little friendly competition. To create a team, reach out to us at alumni@bush.edu and we'll add your team name to the site. Your team name will then be available for selection during the registration process. Already registered? Let us know, and we'll add you to your preferred team.

Races Offered
Running
5K - Bush Family, Alumni, Former Faculty/Staff
Any non-student member of the Bush community, including current or former: parents, guardians, grandparents, board members, alumni, and former faculty/staff should select this option.
5K - Bush Students (Full 5K)
Bush students of any age who wish to participate in the full-length 5K should select this option. Siblings of Bush students who would like to participate in the *full-length 5K* should select this option. Children of current faculty/staff who would like to participate in the *full-length 5K* should select this option.
5K General Public (Unaffiliated with The Bush School)
Any person who would like to participate in the full-length 5K and is not affiliated with Bush in one of the aforementioned ways should select this option.
