About this race
Welcome to The Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo at The Two Cities Marathon! This year's Expo will be held on Friday, October 31st, from 2:00PM to 6:00pm AND Saturday, November 1st, from 9AM-2PM at The Well Community Church(325 Nees Ave, Clovis, CA 93611)
The 2025 Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo will host thousands of health and fitness enthusiasts. Exhibitor booths are an inexpensive marketing method of getting your product and services to an active and fitness minded community. All booths are 10' x 10' and complete with pipe and drape, which includes one 8' table with table cloth and 2 chairs. Multiple booths are discounted and are available on a first come basis. We will try to accommodate you with the booth space you choose.
OUTSIDE BOOTHS DO NOT INCLUDE TABLES, CHAIRS, OR CANOPIES. VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN.
The Two Cities Marathon reserves the right to refuse a vendor a booth for any reason including for selling or promoting alcohol, tobacco or other drug or related paraphernalia. All booth sales will be reviewed and if not approved will be refunded, less processing fee.

EXPO (10x10 Booth Space)
All booths are 10' x 10' and complete with pipe and drape and include a 6' table with table cloth and 2 chairs. Booths are available on a first come basis. We will try to accommodate you with the booth space you choose.
EXPO (20x10 Booth Space)
Double booths are 20' x 10' and complete with pipe and drape and include a 2-6' table with table cloth and 2 chairs. Booths are available on a first come basis. We will try to accommodate you with the booth space you choose.
EXPO (30x10 Booth Space)
Booths are 30' x 10' and complete with pipe and drape and include a 3-6' table with table cloth and 2 chairs. Booths are available on a first come basis. We will try to accommodate you with the booth space you choose.
FRIDAY OUTSIDE Vendor Booth(10x10 Space)
This booth space is outside the expo space in the breezeway. All booths are 10' x 10' in size. OUTSIDE VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS, AND CANOPY. Vendors must be set up by 2PM and broken down immediately after the event at 6PM.
Bag Stuffer
This fee entitles business to place a flier or promotional item into each of the participants goodie bags. Item must be available by October 25th. Items can not represent any alcohol, Tobacco or gambling products or services.
Run Club Row!
Advertise your run club and get the people pumped for race day! Run Club Row is OUTSIDE the 2CM expo space. Your group will be provided a 10x10 space. Run clubs are responsible for their own canopies/tables. There is to be no solicitation of products/services/races at these booths as paid vendor spots are for purchase ONLY inside the expo space. There is NO FEE for run clubs to come out. However, we do encourage clubs to register to volunteer throughout the 2CM festivities(expo, race day, ect). All run clubs are subject to final approval of 2CM staff and may be refused for any reason. All Clubs must be set up by 9AM on 11/1 and torn down by 3PM on 11/1.
SATURDAY OUTSIDE Vendor Booth(10x10 Space)
This booth space is outside the expo space in the breezeway. All booths are 10' x 10' in size. OUTSIDE VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS, AND CANOPY. Vendors must be set up by 9AM on Saturday and broken down immediately after the event at 2PM.

This booth space is outside the expo space in the breezeway. All booths are 10' x 10' in size. OUTSIDE VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS, AND CANOPY. Vendors must be set up by 2PM on Friday and broken down after the expo at 6PM. Vendors must be set up by 9AM on Saturday and broken down immediately after the event at 2PM.
