About this race

Come join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the second annual Jubilee Mobile Food Pantry Prayer Walk/5K held by Restoring God's Family (RGF) Network.

The Jubilee Mobile Food Pantry program is a direct response to the growing issue of food insecurity impacting Williamson County. Food insecurity in Williamson County affects roughly 77,610 people, or 12.6% of the population. In a county with large pockets of rural space and limited access to public transportation, the location of food pantries poses an additional challenge for mobility impaired individuals and people without access to transportation. By delivering fresh produce, meats, bread and food within the community, we aim to alleviate hunger within our community while also spreading the Gospel.

In honor of Hunger Action Month,  we are accepting donations for non-perishable food items during the race to help feed our community.

What is Hunger Action Month?

Hunger Action Month, held every September, is a nationwide campaign by Feeding America and local food banks to raise awareness about food insecurity and inspire people to help end hunger.

What is a Prayer Walk?

A Prayer Walk is the practice of walking and praying in order to seek God's guidance, protection, and blessings upon the people and places we encounter. Prayer walking allows us to partner with God in interceding for our communities. Walking in prayer is a way to demonstrate our faith and trust in Him, acknowledging that He is at work in every aspect of our lives. It also helps us to align our hearts and minds with God's will, allowing Him to shape our desires and open our eyes to His purposes. As we walk and pray, we are declaring God's kingdom come and His will be done in the places we visit. It is an expression of our love and care for others, as we lift up their needs and concerns to the Lord.
