The List is that part of your thoughts that haunts you with the seemingly unending focus on mileage. Mileage dictated by hopeful resolutions. Mileage that is just incrementally more than the last year. Mileage so big that you fear to even calculate the required daily amount of running needed. The List cares nothing of your resolutions, goals or fears. It cares only for the mileage you feed it....
