Join Generations Adult Day Services on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Doran Arboretum in Murray, Kentucky for Sip & Run, Walk or Roll — An All-Abilities Fall 5K!
This isn't about being the fastest across the finish line. It's about movement, inclusion, community, and having a whole lot of fun while supporting a great cause. Runners, walkers, wheelchair and mobility-device users, families, and participants of all ability levels are welcome.
Not up for a 5K? That's ok! We have a 1-mile fun run!
Along the scenic fall course, participants can enjoy nonalcoholic mocktail samples courtesy of The Mocktail Guy, making this a journey with a little extra flavor along the way!

7:45 AM — Registration & Check-In
9:00 AM — 5K Begins
9:15 AM --- Fun Run Begins
Proceeds benefit Generations Adult Day Services, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, aging-related needs, and complex medical needs. Following a devastating fire in 2025, Generations is rebuilding its Murray center and working toward reopening its doors.

The first racer to cross the finish line wins the Giant Mocktail Trophy! 🏆 This is an all-abilities event, and everyone is welcome to run, walk, or roll at their own pace. For the competitive racing category, only manual mobility-assistance devices are permitted. Come for the competition or come for the fun—the finish line belongs to everyone!
1 Mile Fun Run
Fun Run, Walk & Roll Option! Not interested in racing? No problem! This option is all about having fun, moving at your own pace, and enjoying the experience. Run, walk, or roll your way through the course while enjoying mocktail samples along the way. This event is open to all abilities—there’s no pressure, no required pace, and no need to race the clock. All mobility-assistance devices are permitted. Take your time. Sip along the way. Have fun. Everyone belongs here!
5K Buddy Run (Participant Plus Free Admission for Personal Assistant/CLS)
*Accommodation for an individual who needs a personal assistant/CLS to participate* Competitive Racing Option! Want to race? Go for it!
