Where Can I Run?

Anywhere. This is a true virtual event. Participants may complete their runs anywhere, including:

• Trail
• Road
• Park
• Treadmill

All runs - including treadmill runs - should be logged as "Run" when submitting results.

Runners may complete their loops at any time after registering and submit the results before the final event closes

The Next Loop Virtual Endurance Experience is a self-paced endurance challenge built around one simple idea:

Run one loop. Then decide if you have one more.

This is not about chasing a single distance.
It’s about exploration — of terrain, mindset, and personal limits.

Participants choose their own loop (trail, road, park, or track), complete as many loops as they wish, and log their results within the event window. Whether you run one loop or push toward 50 miles, every loop counts.

 How It Works
• Choose any loop (recommended 3–5K)
• Run your loop as many times as you want
• Complete your loops within the event window
• Track runs using Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, or manual entry
• Upload activity screenshots or enter results manually
• Stop when you decide — there are no cutoffs

No limits. No pressure. One more loop.

Achievement Distances: Participants may log and be recognized for:

• 1 Loop (5K)
• 2 Loops (10K)
• 4 Loops (Half Marathon)
• 8 Loops (Marathon)
• 10 Loops (50K Ultra)
• 16 Loops (50 Mile Virtual Challenge)
• Beyond — unlimited loops encouraged

Results Submission: Participants may submit results using:

• GPS watches or running apps (Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch, etc.)
• Manual entry
• Photos or screenshots of treadmill displays

Time and distance entry are supported. This event honors integrity and self-reporting.

Important Notes
• This is a virtual event — there is no physical start or finish location
• Results are submitted through your RunSignUp account
• Treadmill running is fully allowed
