The Roaring Fork Splash for Cash, a fundraiser for the Aspen Swim Club
About this race
Support the swimmers of the Aspen Swim Club in the 4th edition of our charity swim race! Take off from the blocks in a timed 50 yard freestyle swim. New for this year is a 200 freestyle relay option. Swim with your friends or make new friends to swim with. All are welcome to participate, no swimming skill required!
Think you are fast? The fastest individual male and female competitors will qualify for the Fastest Swimmer on the Roaring Fork, a head-to-head elimination competition. Entry pricing varies based upon age. There will also be prizes for the top finishers in each age-group--ages 13-19, 20-39, 40-59, & 60+.

50 meter individual freestyle swim
Schedule: 1:30 pm--check in opens 2:00 pm--the pool opens for general warm-up. 2:30 pm--The Aspen Splash for Cash! A 50 yard freestyle swim for all. Swim with your friends, as fast or as fun as you would like. The fastest 16 male and female swimmers in the Ajax Splash will advance to the Fastest Swimmer on the Roaring Fork and will be seeded in a bracket format (#1 qualifier swims against #16) with separate male and female brackets. The exact schedule of events TBD. Entry Fees Include: entry, a commemorative t-shirt and swim cap, and a chance to win prizes. $75 entry fee Additional donations welcome! *All proceeds go to support the operation of the Aspen Youth Swim Team. *Email questions to Coach Lily: coaches@aspenswimclub.org
