SUMMER SERIES 2 - JULY 14 - CHESAPEAKE CITY PARK- Section A
SUMMER SERIES 3 - JULY 21 - CHESAPEAKE CITY PARK- Section A
YOU WILL RECEIVE COMPLETE DETAILS WITH YOUR FINAL INSTRUCTIONS (VIA EMAIL) THE TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE EACH EVENT
Summer Series I, 2 and 3 are free to Strider members
Online registration closes at 6 PM the day of each event. Only online registration available $15.00 for non-members. Club discount applies to current members and will be applied at checkout. Director reserves the right to shorten, postpone, or cancel the event due to lighting, storms, location conditions, or extreme heat. Bib numbers will be assigned on site at each Summer Series Event.
We will be having beer, water, Gatorade, and pizza after each event.

Join fellow runners on July 7, 2026 for the Tidewater Striders Summer Series. It's a fantastic 1.6K, 3.2K, 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Norfolk/Chesapeake.

Summer Series I - HOKA Random Relay 1- Mile Norfolk Zoo
3 person team for the run - 2 person team for the walk. No need to worry about organizing a team, we will pick your new friends for you. On-line Registration closes at 6:00 PM the day of each event. You must sign up on line. CHECK ALL THE RACES YOU WISH TO SIGN UP FOR USING ANY SIGN UP OPTION
Summer Series II - ASICS Predict Your Time 2 Miler Chesapeake City Park
Predict your time at registration, no watches, no clock. Closest to their predicted time wins a prize. On-line registration closes at 6:00 PM the day each event. CHECK ALL THE RACES YOU WISH TO SIGN UP FOR USING ANY SIGN UP OPTION
Summer Series III -BROOKS Poker Run 5k Chesapeake City Park
This is not a timed event although we will have a clock at the start/finish line. You will be given a card when you register, along the course and when you finish. Best hand(s) win. On-line registration closes at 6:00 the day of each event Walkers may start at 6:05, if they wish
1 Miler for Kids Chesapeake Park
A 5-K might be a bit much for our youth runners so we are offering a 1 mile race.
