10K Age Groups Male:12 & under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over Female: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over Medals for all finishers Mile Run/Walk Awards Top 3 male and female age groups: 6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-19, 20-39, 40 & above; Medals for all finishers TIME LIMITS: One Mile cutoff is 8:50 AM. 10K cutoff is 10:45 AM. 10K Certified Race Course The 10K race will begin at the YMCA located on South Blvd and run down to Presidential, onto Colonial Pkwy, Palace Green, Cumberland, Chancellor, William Penn, Palace Green, Winsdor Woods Blvd, Silina, West Colonial Parkway, South Blvd, through Mt. Trashmore, and back to the YMCA.
