Join fellow runners on July 4, 2020 for the Tiger Dash 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Lewisburg.

Tiger Dash 5K
This is the 6th year for the MCHS Cross Country Team. Our program is self funded and we could truly use your support to help keep the team going. The race will begin at 7:00 a.m.
Virtual Tiger Dash 5K
We want everyone to feel safe and we want your support of the MCHS Cross Country Team. This year we are offering a virtual 5K for those who would like to support the team and run on your own. We will mail your shirt to you after the race.
