5K starts at 7:00 AM CT
Bring your friends, family, or team out to run the Titans Foundation 5K, presented by SeatGeek! Commemorative t-shirt for all participants. Finish on the field at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans.
Appearances by Titans Cheerleaders and T-Rac!
A Titans game ticket is included with each 5K entry. All participants will receive one game ticket to the Titans vs. Jaguars game on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Nissan Stadium. Registrants will have the option to purchase additional tickets at a special rate.
