The entire 8k (4.92 mile) course is on the trails of Sunken Meadow State Park, beginning and ending in Parking Field 3 at the eastern-most end of the park. Featuring awards for every age group and the only long island race serving cookies at water stops, look forward to the spectacular views of the Long Island Sound along the race course, and the great refreshments provided at the finish.
