About this race

This is an early-season triathlon and duathlon that is well suited as a training event for the seasoned athlete as well as an entry-level distance for those who are just deciding to plunge into their first event.  There will be an adult sprint triathlon & duathlon with a first wave start at 8 a.m. and two youth divisions (1) U-15 (ages 11-15) and (2) U-10 (7-10) with a first wave start at 11:15 a.m.  The event is centered on Greenville's beautiful Baldwin Lake and features a unique spectator experience from an elevated viewpoint above the lake and transition area on and along the Fred Meijer Flat River Trail.  The entire swim, transition, bike-in, 1/2 mile of the run, and the finish line can all be viewed from a single vantage point.

Join us for our fun run, Doug's Dougling Dash! Tri & Du Athletes and the public are welcome to dash around Baldwin Lake (2.2 Miles) between our adult and kids triathlons. $7 to participate Each participant will receive a participation prize after crossing the finish line!
