Tri-Now DFW Open Water Swim Series

OPEN WATER SWIM WORKOUTS: Open water swim starts can be an anxiety-filled mess.  But the more you do them, the less it feels like that!  We’re thinking that practicing the swim with your friends will make it easier to do with strangers on race days. Open to ages 18 yrs and older.  You will get a coached and kayak-supported group swim practice! Swim Course is set with buoys to simulate race experience. Non-member registration is welcome – just pre-register here!  (note: there is an entry fee to enter State Park, if no attendant on gate duty, please stop and use self-pay kiosk) ✻✻❀❀ May 9th - SPECIAL SWIM DE MAYO Day ✻✻❀❀  Make it a Workout: Tackle our "Swim de Mile" challenge and see how far you can swim in one hour. Or, just do your regular workout and get prizes for it!  Keep it Social: Enjoy a social swim (or kick!) and float the morning away with your swim friends! Dip your Toes in a New Experience: Try our 100-meter beginner course, featuring extra on-water support for swimmers looking to ease into the experience. Come for the swim, stay for breakfast tacos and coffee! Swim swag waiting for you on land when you finish 🛍️ When:
Saturdays 7:00am (8:00am in February, March, the first swim in April, and October) at Cedar Hill State Park

We do a coach supported ride after open water swim. Please let us know when registering for the swim if you plan on attending the bike ride after. There is no additional charge to join the ride.
