Take the challenge on with a partner! You can split any station as you see fit but must complete all of the running together and stay together at each zone. All teams are eligible for podiums and prizes.
SINGLES
Take on the course solo in a YOU vs YOU approach! All participants are eligible for podiums and prizes.
RELAYS
Top co-ed, male and female pairs (no age groupings). this wave is both fast and tactical. Everyone must participate in 2 zones and the runs associated with it. Prize for top team
