If you are signing up for this wave, you have agreed to hold yourself to the highest standard and will be tracked and form checked appropriately. Prizes and awards will be given to the top three finishers male and female in their respective age groups. Male and Female: <30 31-45 46+

All of the running will be done together but each zone can be split however you see fit, whether that is trading off multiple times or leaving the heavy lifting to one person, you will get to game plan how you will complete this course. **All pairs must complete the running together** Fastest Co-ed, Female and Male teams will receive banners
