None timed event. The inaugural TriByLittleKnight Triathlon, is the first youth triathlon in the Waverly area. The race is perfect for kids ages 5 to 16 (age by 12/31/2022). The event, staged on the Wartburg College campus. A 50-yard swim in The W indoor pool (flotation devices may be used), a 2-mile bike (two-loops) around the Wartburg College campus and an 800-meter run inside Walston-Hoover Stadium. The triathlon is designed for maximum experience for the kids and spectators alike. Our inaugural year is designed to promote enthusiasm for the sport as it will not be a chip timed event. Registration includes: athlete bag, shirt, swim cap and finisher medal.
