Troutman Gobbler Run 5K

Get ready to lace up for a cause this Thanksgiving Day at the first annual Troutman Gobbler Run 5K — proudly presented and sponsored by the Troutman Ruritan Club!

This brand-new community tradition invites runners and walkers of all ages to kick off their holiday with a healthy, festive 5K through Troutman. When you participate, you’re doing more than earning an extra slice of pumpkin pie — all proceeds go directly back into the Troutman community, supporting vital local initiatives such as:

• Scholarships
• Community service projects
• Family assistance
• Domestic violence support
• Elderly assistance

Join your neighbors, make lasting holiday memories, and help us build a stronger Troutman — one step at a time!

🦃 What Every Gobbler Gets:

• A sweet turkey finisher medal to proudly wear at the dinner table
• An exclusive race shirt featuring a turkey who clearly realized what day it is — basically a tuxedo for Thanksgiving

Same-day registration will be available.

🏆 Awards:

• Overall Top 3 Male and Female runners
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals in each age category (male & female)
• Age categories will be determined after registration begins based on participation numbers
