Tiptoe Through the Tulips at the Tulip Time Run! 🌷🏃♀️🏃♂️ Join us for the Tulip Time Run, featuring a 5K, 10K, Kids’ Dash and Wooden Shoe Shuffle— a scenic celebration of spring through the heart of historic downtown Holland, Michigan. As the sun rises, you'll race or stroll past vibrant tulip-lined streets in one of West Michigan’s largest spring 5K events! Whether you're a seasoned runner or walking with family, this event is designed for all ages and fitness levels. All participants who cross the finish line will receive a finisher medal, making it a memorable day for everyone. ✨ Don’t wait — this popular event often sells out!Register early and tiptoe through the tulips with us!
Join fellow runners on May 3, 2025 for the Tulip Time Run Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. It's a fantastic 5K, 10K, 1K featuring a flat and fast course in Holland.

Running
5K Run/Walk
The 5K run starts at 8:00 AM. Registered participants will receive a finisher medal and post-event refreshments. Race t-shirts and swag may be purchased during online registration. All 5K participants need to stay to the left. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and animals are not allowed on the course. Baby joggers and strollers are strongly discouraged. If running or walking with a baby jogger or stroller please line up at the back of the group and be courteous to other participants.
10K Run/Walk
The 10K run starts at 8:00 AM. Registered participants will receive a finisher medal and post-event refreshments. Race t-shirts and swag may be purchased during online registration. All 10K participants need to stay to the right. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and animals are not allowed on the course. Baby joggers and strollers are strongly discouraged. Kids' Fun Run
The Kids' Fun Run is open to children ages 8 & under. The course is a non-competitive loop on Kollen Park Drive at W. 12th Street. Parents are welcome to run/walk with their child. All participants receive a participant bib, finisher gift and post-event refreshments.
5K Virtual Run
Tulip Time Virtual Run 5K is underway. Join us for the Virtual Run and participate in the 5K as your schedule permits, on any course of your choosing. Runners can choose our courses as well and run through the tulip lined streets of Holland. It's a fun way to get the family involved! All virtual participants will receive a participant bib and medal. Run shirts and other merchandise are also available for purchase. Participants will receive their run packets by mail in late May Share your photos with us by using #ExperienceTulipTime #TulipTimeRun
10K Virtual Run
