Friday, May 13, 2022 Central Park Plaza (Valparaiso, IN) 5:30PM (Jr. Police Run) 6:00PM (5K Run) 6:15PM (1 Mile Dog Walk) Moisture Wicking Shirts are guaranteed to all preregistered runners and walkers before 5/4/22. Top 3 awards in the following 5K categories: Overall Male/Female Overall Masters ( ≥ 40 yr) Male/Female Male/Female (Open): 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, 80+ Athena (Female ≥ 170 lb), Clydesdale (Male ≥ 210 lb) Computerized Timing provided by T&H Timing. Split times at every mile and water stations on the course. No strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, or scooters allowed. Handicap equipment is permitted. The 5K run is a road course with moderate hills. Register on-line at www.Runsignup.com until 8AM on May 12th. 5K Run (all ages) or 1 Mile Walk Ages 13 & Over $20 Children 12 & Under $13 (1 Mile Walk Only) The Jr. Police Run is a two-block run from Napoleon Street to Washington Street on Indiana Avenue. This will be for younger children only and will include a run shirt. $12 All mail-in registrations must be postmarked before May 2, 2022 Race Day Registration is $25 Run & Walk Early packet pick-up is available May 11th & 12th from 10:30AM - 6:00PM at the Extra Mile Fitness Co., 1330 E. Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN 46385 On site race day packet pick up registration begins Friday, May 13th at 4:30PM
