Veterans Memorial Bridge 5K
About this race
Join the Palm City Chamber of Commerce, local veterans and dignitaries at Jock Leighton Park for a fun run up and over the Veterans Memorial Bridge east and west bound. There will be a short run through the park before the bridge to achieve the correct distance. Both the eastbound course and the westbound return is on the sidewalk for safety. This annual event gives a portion of the proceeds to Southeast Florida Honor Flight.
PACKET PICK UP:
Packet pickup will take place at the Palm City Chamber of Commerce Office (also known as the Palm City Community Center) — located directly at the foot of the Palm City Bridge:
2701 SW Cornell Ave, Palm City
Wednesday, November 11th: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Thursday, November 12th: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
T-Shirts: If you registered before the cutoff date of October 31st, your shirt will be included with your packet.
Race Day Packet Pickup:If you’re unable to make it during the scheduled pickup times, we’ll also have packet pickup available the morning of the race at Jock Leighton Park, underneath the pavilion in front of the playground.
