About the Event
THIS EVENT IS FULL
Volunteer at San Diego Muddy Dash, Saturday, May 2nd. Rise and shine! Report time is 0600. Volunteer shift: 0600 - 1200. At the end of the assignment, our group will be able to run the race for free at the 12:15 pm wave. Bring an extra change of clothes, sandals and a towel if you plan to run the race.
Departure from VADM Martin Liberty (we are next to the gym) at 0500.
Volunteer tasks include but are not limited to helping at registration tents, merchandize tents, water stations, and handing out finisher medals.
WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU RUN THE MUDDY DASH?
Well, mud and lots of it. Also, a 2.6 mile race with walls, ropes, monkey bars, etc. Be prepared to jump, climb, roll and even crawl your way through obstacles.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING?
Clothing, socks, and an older pair of running shoes you don't mind getting really dirty and muddy. Sealable plastic bag if you want to keep your keys, phone and wallet on you while you race.
