Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at Shadow Lake in downtown Waupaca—easy to find, hard to forget! Kick off your race with an out-and-back swim in in Shadow Lake. Then, gear up for an epic bike ride through the serene countryside southeast of Waupaca, where you'll breeze past sparkling lakes and rolling hills. Finish strong with a fast-paced run through the charming streets of downtown Waupaca, crossing the finish line in style!

Kids Triathlon (Ages 4-6)
Course Details: Ages: 4-6: 50 ft. swim, .6 mile bike, .15 mile run
Kids Triathlon Ages (7-8)
Course Details: 7-8: 100 ft. swim, 1 mile bike, .3 mile run
Kids Triathlon Ages (9-10)
Course Details: Age 9-10: 200 ft. swim; 1 mile bike; .3 mile run.
Long Course
Course Details: 1/2 mile swim 20 mile bike 3.1 mile run
Short Course
Course Details: 1/4 mile swim 12 mile bike 2 mile run
Paddling Short Course
Course Details: 1 mile approx. Paddling 12 mile bike 2 mile run Life Vests required – Kayak or Paddle Board Helmets optional on paddle. Bring your own paddle board / kayak or rent from Adventure Outfitters in downtown Waupaca. *Course capped at 50 participants.
Youth Triathlon (Ages 9-17)
Course Details: 200 meter swim 7 mile bike 1 mile run *Youth Race start after Short Course.
Long Course Relay
Course Details: 1/2 mile swim 20 mile bike 3.1 mile run Relay Teams 2-3 members
Short Course Relay
Course Details: 1/4 mile swim 12 mile bike 2 mile run Relay Teams 2-3 members
The Veleker- 1st Timers Triathlon
Course Details: 200 meter swim 7 mile bike 1 mile run *First Timers start after Short Course.
Duathlon
Aqua / Bike Long Course
