6th Annual Weighted Angels 5k
Join with friends, family members, or colleagues to walk/run in honor of all babies gone to soon. Create a team to honor the memory and celebrate the lives of a loved one. Our 2024 race will be the 2024 RRCA 5K VA State Meet Championship Race. Awards: Cash prizes to top three overall men and women of $150, $100, and $50. Awards to the top three in five-year age groups (from 14-and-under through 70-and-over), and to the top three men and women in the walk division. Awards also given to the top three team fundraiser groups.
6th Annual Zoo Kids Fun Run
Kids can dress up in their favorite zoo animal attire for this fun race! The run will be an out and back 1 mile run. Open to ages 12 and under.
6th Annual Virtual Weighted Angels 5k
Complete your walk or run in memory of a loved one virtually. If you would like to support Weighted Angels, but don't live locally you are welcomed to participate virtually from wherever you are anytime through Saturday October 19, 2024. Virtual participants will receive a medal and t-shirt.( plus shipping and handling) * Virtual participants are not eligible to win any awards.
