West Seattle Monster Dash
About this race
This race is a costumed 5k trail run/walk and Kids Dash to support South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools.
Paid registration includes a t-shirt (all races) and bib with timing chip (5K only).
Jogging strollers welcome! Humans and little monsters only though, please leave pets at home.
Kids Zone featuring games, activities, prizes, and photo booth.

Running
5K Run/Walk
The 5k starts near Shelter #1, just northeast of the south parking lot. We will be mostly on trails, running the upper portion of Lincoln Park in TWO LOOPS. We'll run north along trail #6, passing the wading pool and shelter #5. At the north end of the park, runners will turn west and loop around to head south on trail #2, down and around the bathrooms near south parking lot/start line, then back north again for loop #2. The finish line and starting line are in the same location. Course will be clearly marked with volunteers stationed along the way to guide you. Advance registration includes a Monster Dash t-shirt and timing bib. No need to register children in strollers.
