West Virginia Trilogy - Full Trilogy - 50k 50m 13.1m
Friday 50k, Saturday 50 mile, Sunday a restful half marathon 13.1 miles. There is a 5k on Sunday October 15 race through the meadows of the Spruce Knob Mountain Center. The 5k starts with the Half Marathon.
West Virginia Trilogy - Individual 50k
You may select to test the hills with just the 50k.

You may select to test the hills with just the 50 mile.
