Open Water Swim Clinic — Ironman NC 70.3 Course Preview
Join us for a 3‑hour open water swim clinic designed to help athletes confidently navigate the Ironman North Carolina 70.3 swim course. This clinic covers course strategy, sighting, pacing, safety, and race‑day flow—timed with high tide for the most accurate course feel.

Clinic Schedule
6:30–7:15 AM — Course Talk & Strategy Session Overview of the Ironman NC 70.3 swim course, currents, sighting lines, pacing, and safety considerations. Learn how to approach the channel, manage the tide, and position yourself for the fastest possible swim.
7:30–9:00 AM — Open Water Swim Session Guided swim along all key sections of the course. Focus on sighting, drafting, stroke rhythm, and comfort in moving water.
9:00–9:30 AM — Debrief & Q&A Review course takeaways, race‑day execution, and individualized feedback.
