Course:

• There are many turns please study the map and descriptions found on the course link above we will have markings out there just good to know ahead of time.
• There are many road crossing that will NOT have a crossing guard at so be mindful of cars
• This is NOT a certified course, we have measured it using a wheel to 13.11 and three maps have stated the similar readings.

Medals: Medals will be 3 inch wooden medallions

Course Nutrition:  We will have minimal support on the course for you. Please bring your own nutrition. For the half marathon, there are water stops at miles: 3, 5.7, 8.7, 9.9, 11.2. The three mile water stop will only have water, all other water stops will have both water and Gatorade. For the 10k, there are water stops at miles: 3.2 and 4.5 with both water and Gatorade. There are no water stops on the 5k course.
