Greenfield Lake

Starts on the paved path in front of the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater 1941 Amphitheatre Dr, Wilmington, NC 28401 Run 1.55 miles down the path and turn around and head back - The Race Joy app will let you know when it’s time to turn around

Wilmington - Halyburton Park Course (Pine Valley Elementary Start)

The course starts in front of the main entrance to Pine Valley Elementary. Look for the chalk marking on the pavement. The RaceJoy app will give you turn by turn instructions.

Wilmington - Autumn Hall/Cross City Trail Course (College Acres Baptist Church Start)

Parking available at College Acres Baptist Church. Course begins on the cross city trail at the intersection of College Acres Drive and Eastwood Drive. The course is 1.55 miles out and back on the cross city trail the RaceJoy app will tell you when to turn around.

Wilmington - Ogden Park (Eaton Elementary Start)

Enter Ogden Park from Gordon Road and Park at Eaton Elementary School. The course is three loops. Listen carefully to the instructions as you run in the RaceJoy app.

Hampstead - Kiwanis Park

Enter Hampstead-Kiwanis Park via Sloop Point Road. Park in the parking lot near the play ground. You will enter the running trail and course by the shelter. RaceJoy will give you turn by turn instructions throughout the course.

Whiteville - (Edgewood Elementary Start)

The course is open to cars and traffic so please pay attention and follow the turn by turn instructions in the RaceJoy App.

Duplin Events Center - Kenansville

Starts at the Duplin Events Center - 195 Fairgrounds Dr, Kenansville, NC 28349 If you are standing in the Duplin Events center parking lot and looking out to Agriculture Drive, the race starts in the top right corner of the parking lot on Fairground Drive. Start by running on Fairground Drive in front of the parking lot Turn right to stay on Fairground Drive Turn right onto Agricultural Drive Turn right onto Fairground Drive Turn right to stay on Fairground Drive Do this same loop 3 more times (for a total of 4 laps) On the last lap, keep running until you hit 3.1 miles The Race Joy app will let you know when you are finished

Southport / Oak Island Area

Starts at the Oak Island Recreation Center (parking available) 3003 E Oak Island Dr, Oak Island, NC 28465 Start in the gravel at the end of 31st Street Run towards Oak Island Drive Turn right onto Oak Island Drive (stay on sidewalk) Turn right onto 40th Street (stay on sidewalk) Turn right onto E Dolphin Drive (be mindful of traffic) Turn right onto 19th Street Keep straight onto the trail / boardwalk If you don’t mind stopping, take a selfie on the bridge and tag us on social media - #EmergeOrtho5k and #SetUpEvents Turn right onto Oak Island Drive (stay on sidewalk) Turn right to finish on 31st street

Brunswick County - Leland Area

Starts at EmergeOrtho - Brunswick forest 1168 East Cutlar Crossing, Leland, NC 28451 Start in the top right corner of the EmergeOrtho parking lot Run toward East Cutlar Crossing Turn right onto East Cutlar Crossing Run across Brunswick Village Blvd Turn left onto the sidewalk along Brunswick Village Blvd Run in the grass as you go around the traffic circle Get back on the sidewalk to stay along Brunswick Village Blvd Follow the sidewalk to the right to run along Brunswick Forest Parkway Continue on the sidewalk until you reach 1.55 miles and turn around and head back on the same path The Race Joy app will tell you when it’s time to turn around

White Lake

Starts at the beginning of the multi-use path near the Waterford subdivision Roughly 908 NC-53, Elizabethtown, NC 28337 Run up the path toward Hwy 701 Slight to stay on path (behind gas station) Turn Right into Turtle Cove Neighborhood (Grays Lane) Turn around at 124 Grays lane The Race Joy app will tell you when to turn around Head back to the Start/Finish line using the same path

Cumberland County (Jordan Soccer Complex Start)

Starts at the beginning of the Cape Fear River Trail Parking at Jordan Soccer Complex 445 Treetop Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28311 From parking lot, walk across Treetop Drive to the beginning of the trail Start running once you are at the beginning of the Cape Fear River Trail When you get to 1.55 miles, turn around and head back to the Start/Finish Line The Race Joy app will tell you when you turn around

Jacksonville

Burgaw

Park at the Cape Fear Community Parking Lot and take the trail to the corner of Hayes and Walker Street. Cross Walker Street and then hit GO on your RaceJoy app and let the fun begin. Please stay on the trail and sidewalks. This is not a closed course so please watch for traffic especially when crossing Walker Street.
