Friends & families are encouraged to form their own team of three. Age groups: 7-8 Swim 25 Meters, Bike 1 mile, Run .5 miles 9-10 Swim 50 Meters, Bike 1 mile, Run .75 miles 11-12 Swim 100 Meters, Bike 2 miles, Run .75 miles 13-14 Swim 150 Meters, Bike 2 miles, Run 1.5 miles 15 + Swim 200 Meters, Bike 3 miles, Run 1.5 miles FREE Clinics Swim Clinic - Thursday 9/17 6:15-7 PM Bring swim gear!! Transition Clinic - Friday 9/18 6:15-7 PM No equipment needed Event held Rain or Shine Packet Pick Up: Graham Aquatic Center, 543 N Newberry St, York, PA 17401 Thursday, Sept 17 or Friday Sept 18 - 5:30-7:30 pm Race Day Registration: 7:30-8:30 am - NO CASH Entry Fee non-refundable There will be two start times 8:45 am ages 7-10 and 10:45 am for 11- 14 and any team relays. Bike Helmets are required and must be safety approved All participants must wear appropriate footwear for the bike and run portions.
