About the Event

The Abbot Kinney One, presented by On & Electrolit, and produced by the Venice Run Club. 

We are thrilled to announce the 3rd annual Abbot Kinney One race. This USATF-certified one-mile race will occur on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California! This race is a unique opportunity for runners of all levels to challenge themselves, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and experience the vibrant culture of Venice.

The Abbot Kinney One will be held on June 28th, 2026.  The full schedule of events is as follows:

  • 8:00am: Friends and Family Mile (Non competive, walk, strollers, jog)
  • 8:15am: 6 yrs - 11 yrs Mile 
  • 8:30am: First Responders Mile 
  • 8:40am: 12 yrs - 14 yrs Boys & Girls (Jr. High and High School will run together)
  • 8:40am: 14 yrs - 18 yrs Boys & Girls (Jr. High and High School will run together)
  • 8:50am: Men's Masters Mile (40 yrs & older) 
  • 9:00am: Women's Masters Mile (40 yrs & older) 
  • 9:10am: Men's Open Mile 
  • 9:20am: Women's Open Mile
  • 9:35am: Men's Elite Mile (Time submission or by Invitation)
  • 9:40am: Women's Elite Mile (Time Submission or by Invitation)
  • 9:50am: Dog Mile

Registration

All registrants will receive the following:

  • Official bib number for the race
  • Chip timed results
  • Free race photos
  • Race Medal
  • More giveaways to be announced

Pre-Race

Packet pick up will take place at the On LA Store Cabana - 1426 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice, CA 90291.

This heat is for the families. It’s a non competitive mile for anyone who wants to get out there and enjoy the event. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or pushing a stroller, it doesn’t matter. This one’s about showing up and having fun.
