Adamant Half Marathon 2026
About the Event
Scenic figure 8 course on 90% dirt roads with ponds and hills through Calais and East Montpelier. Run the Half Marathon or share the fun with a partner in the 8+5.1 mile relay. Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade at 2-3 mile intervals. Awards for overall, age groups and relays.
Double Dirt Challenge!
TBA whether or not we will partner with The Craftsbury Outdoor Center again to offer the Double Dirt Challenge!
Join fellow runners on May 3, 2026 for the Adamant Half Marathon 2026. It's a fantastic Half-Marathon featuring a flat and fast course in Adamant.
Races Offered
Running
Half Marathon--Individual
Strollers and Pets are prohibited. Ear buds/head phones, and other audio devices are strongly discouraged for runner communication and safety on open roads. Early start at 9:30 a.m. for runners planning >2:30 race time (>11:30 pace). Finish line will remain open until 1 pm.
Half Marathon--2 Person Relay
The first leg of the relay is 8 miles, the 2nd leg is 5.1 miles. Strollers and Pets are prohibited. Ear buds/head phones, and other audio devices are strongly discouraged for runner communication and safety on open roads. Early start option also open to Relays planning >2:30 race time (>11:30 pace). Finish line will remain open until 1 pm.
