Starts at zero mile mark at the start of the capital trail. This is on the service Rd which runs parallel to Jamestown Rd. Awards to top three male and female overall, top three male and female in age groups 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over. All participants get a Custom Long sleeve race T, and the first 300 registered ( who finish) receive a die-cast finisher medal. Hot Pizza, refreshments and music at the after-event party. one free Beer for those of legal drinking age. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the Williamsburg Salvation Army.

4K Run/Walk and/or Optional, Sign up for... 4K Dual Team - a two-member team, average combined time. 4K Dual Male Team 4K Dual Female Team 4K Dual Mixed Gender Team 4K Run/Walk - Awards - Age Groups - 4K Dual Male Team - Overall Male Team 4K Dual Female Team - Overall Female Team 4K Dual Mixed Gender - Overall Mixed Team Starts at the zero mile marker at the start of the Capital Trail. This is on the service Rd. that runs parallel to Jamestown Rd. This is a chip timed race. Awards for the top three male and female overall, top three male and females in age groups 10 and under, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75 and over. All participants receive a custom long-sleeve race T. First 200 to sign up receive a custom finisher medal. All receive a hot slice of pizza, refreshments, and music at the after-event party. 8K Virtual Run/Walk
**Please note this race option is virtual. You will walk/run on your own time between October 27th thru December 11th and at a location of your choosing.** You can enter your finish time by logging into RunSignUp and go to RESULTS. You can pick up your SWAG bag at Colonial Sports after Nov 24th or it can be mailed for a $9.00 fee.
