Register here to complete all legs yourself (the triathlon course is comprised of a 1/2 mile swim, 11-mile bike, and 3-mile run). There is a "Relay Teams" option for 2 or 3 women who would like to participate in just one leg of the race. There is also a 5K run/walk.
Relay Teams
Register here to complete the course as a relay team (the triathlon course is comprised of a 1/2 mile swim, 11-mile bike, and 3-mile run). This option is for a 2-3 woman team, one swimmer, one cyclist, and one runner. Register and create/join your team to receive the team rates.

5k Run/Walk
Enjoy a slightly hilly 3.1 mile course through Cascade Shores - either as a runner or walker. **5k RUN/WALK PARTICIPANTS AGES 13-17 MUST HAVE THE WAIVER SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN**
