About this race
Welcome to the 2026 Bemidji Holiday Running Series! This is a three-race event! Come celebrate the three holiday 5K races in style as you finish the Boo Dash, Turkey Trot, and Reindeer Run in Bemidji. You can sign up for all three races at one time at a discounted price, or you can choose to sign up individually as you go.
To receive a unique finisher prize, you must complete all three races, starting with the Boo Dash on October 24th. Sign up today!

Join us for a festive Halloween-themed 5K trail run at Gene Dillon Elementary. Costumes are encouraged for runners of all ages! T-shirts for all those who register by October 12th!

Turkey Trot 5K
Bemidji State University annual Turkey Trot hosted by the Cross Country and Track and Field teams! Enjoy some Pre-holiday exercise with the family! Location: 1801 Birch Ln Bemidji, MN 56601 (starts and ends on Bemidji State Campus near Gillett Wellness Center) Please join us after the race for coffee, hot chocolate, (From Caribou) and Donuts (Raphael's!) T-shirts for all those who register by November 16th Race Day November 26th, 2026 Kids 1k @ 9:00 AM 5k @ 9:30 AM
Turkey Trot Kids Run

Raphael's Reindeer Run 5K
The sweatshirt race! The fourth annual Raphael's Reindeer Run is a family fun run or walk event to kick off the holiday season! The 5K race will start and end at Paul Bunyan Park right in front of Paul of Babe. You'll get enjoy great views of Lake Bemidji as you cruise through the 3.1 miles! Race Includes: Crewneck Sweatshirt Raphael's Donuts Coffee from Starbucks Awards for Top Finishers
