Bemidji Holiday Running Series - "Boo Dash, Turkey Trot, Reindeer Run"
Welcome to the 2025 Bemidji Holiday Running Series! This is a three-race event! Come celebrate the three holiday 5K races in style as you finish the Boo Dash, Turkey Trot, and Reindeer Run in Bemidji. You can sign up for all three races at one time at a discounted price, or you can choose to sign up individually as you go. To receive a unique finisher prize, you must complete all three races, starting with the Boo Dash on October 25th. Sign up today!
Boo Dash 5K
Join us for a festive Halloween-themed 5K trail run weaving through the grassy fields, dirt trails, and forested paths of City Park. Costumes are encouraged for runners of all ages! T-shirts for all those who register by October 13th!

Turkey Trot 5K
Bemidji State University annual Turkey Trot hosted by the Cross Country and Track and Field teams! Enjoy some Pre-holiday exercise with the family! Location: 1801 Birch Ln Bemidji, MN 56601 (starts and ends on Bemidji State Campus near Gillett Wellness Center) Please join us after the race for coffee, hot chocolate, (From Caribou) and Donuts (Raphael's!) T-shirts for all those who register by November 17th Race Day November 27th, 2025 Kids 1k @ 9:00 AM 5k @ 9:30 AM
Turkey Trot Kids Run

Kids Dash - Reindeer Run
Join us for the third annual Kids Dash just before the Night We Light Parade on November 28th at 5:30pm on Beltrami Avenue! It will start on Beltrami Avenue between 4th and 5th St NW near the Science Center, and it ends at the corner of Beltrami and 3rd Ave., (approximately a two-block dash). All participants must register online prior to the event. All participants will receive an official Kids Dash medal! Suggested age - 12 and under.
Raphael's Reindeer Run 5K (Sweatshirts SOLD OUT)
The sweatshirt race! The third annual Raphael's Reindeer Run is a family fun run or walk event to kick off the holiday season! The 5K race will start and end at Paul Bunyan Park right in front of Paul of Babe. You'll get enjoy great views of Lake Bemidji as you cruise through the 3.1 miles! Race Includes: Crewneck Sweatshirt Raphael's Donuts Coffee from Starbucks Awards for Top Finishers
